The integral Load Button Load Cell Model 43 is a low profile “pancake” type load cell using bonded foil, strain gauges to measure loads from 2.3 to 223,000 kg (5lb to 500,000lb).

This load cell measures in compression only and has a fixed integral load button. For a pancake load cell without the integral load button please see threaded hole pancake load cell.

The integral Load Button Load Cell gives high performance in non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability specifications for such applications as tube mills, extruding processes and weighing.

Options

The Load Button Load Cell can be hermetically sealed for applications where water vapour must be prevented from entering the load cell.

Model 41 load cells are available with optional 0 Vdc to 5 Vdc or 4 mA to 20 mA output.
