The T312 Universal Mount Automotive Wheel Torque Sensor is designed to be installed between the vehicle’s wheel hub and brake drum with the wheel’s tracking centre-line offset 1.5 inch. The wheel torque sensor can be used on most vehicles with a wheel pattern of 4 or 5 bolts.
Fast and easy installation is enabled by the included adaptor set which helps to attach the sensor to the user-specified drum and wheel-bolting pattern.
In addition, a special wheel can be provided that will return the wheel’s tracking centre-line to its original position.
A slip ring assembly interconnects the wheel torque sensor and the vehicle’s on-board instruments.
